    • Manage and deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities to a high standard.
    • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and implement robust corrective actions.
    • Collaborate closely with Production and Technical teams to improve plant performance and reliability.
    • Support the successful delivery and commissioning of engineering improvement and CAPEX projects.
    • Deliver key engineering KPIs including downtime reduction, PPM completion, and response times.

    • Previous experience in an Engineering Management or Engineering Team Leader role within Food Manufacturing or FMCG.
    • Strong understanding of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
    • Experience in fault finding across mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
    • Knowledge of PUWER, LOLER, and Health & Safety legislation.
    • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop engineering teams.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with experience using Root Cause Analysis techniques.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.

    What We Offer

    • Competitive salary and benefits package.
    • Opportunities for career progression and professional development.
    • A supportive and collaborative working environment.
    • The chance to play a key role in driving engineering excellence within a growing business.

If you are a proactive engineering leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement, we would love to hear from you.
